How far in advance do I need to place my wedding cake order?
For wedding cakes, we need 3 to 6 months advanced notice. For other custom cakes, we require a least two weeks notice.
Do I have to place my order in person?
It is highly recommended to schedule an appointment for a cake tasting and consultation. If need be we can also discuss your cake by phone.
Can you do any type of cake design?
Yes, we have many cake designs to choose from. We can also create any cake design of your imagination.
What kind of flavors do you have?

What kind of frosting do you have?

What fillings are available?
Can you create a cake of any color for decoration and frosting?
Yes, if you provide a color sample we can match your color as close as possible.
What are the most tiers you can do for a wedding cake?
The most would be four tiers. The more tiers you add the more risk of your cake collapsing.
How many sets of separators can you have?
Three is the most for a four-tiered cake.
If the particular picture shows columns, can you do it without columns?
Yes, you can have them stacked or with less separation.
Are the cake raisers extra?
Yes, cake raisers require a $225 deposit and when they are returned, we will give you a refund of $150.
Can you make a bridge and fountain cake?
Yes, the least amount is for 175 people.
What is included with the standard wedding cake?
Buttercream or non-dairy whipped cream filling with buttercream frosting, and flowers made of buttercream. Upgrades are available.
What are the shapes of the cakes besides round cakes?
We also offer square, oval, heart, hexagonal and octagonal at an additional charge.
What is the range of price the wedding cakes run?
Pricing is based on the number of guests, intricacy of cake design, accessories, and ingredients used for your cake.
Besides the bride and groom ornament, what are the other decorations that can be used on the top cake?
We can add initials, bouquet of flowers, and personalized figurines.
What kind of flowers can we use for the cake?
We offer fresh flowers, edible gum paste (sugar) flowers, and butter cream flowers.
Can I mix and match pictures to create my own cake?
Yes, we are flexible to create any cake design to make your centerpiece as beautiful as the occasion.
How should I choose my wedding cake designer?
Most importantly, you must remember that your cake is the focal point of your special occasion. You need a reliable baker with a proven track record and provides a variety of samples for you to choose from. The sample cakes must be tasty and moist, not dry. In addition, the baker must be able to develop with a unique design within your budget. We can do all of that for you.
