My wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! I requested a specific design and a filling that was not on their regular menu. He was very accommodating and made a small sample cake for me to see and taste; as I was a bit nervous and am a stickler for detail. Helena Wirth Cakes went out of his way to make me happy. The final cake was classic and stunning -- a 4-tier cake with rounded edges, frosted in ivory buttercream fondant and filled with layers of fresh bananas and bavarian cream. So yummy and exactly what I had in mind. Their prices were also quite reasonable in comparison with other companies. I highly recommend Helena Wirth Cakes. Thank you!

We were married over ten years ago and I still tell people how beautiful and delicious my cake was. Usually when you go to a wedding the cake was either beautiful or tasted good....my was both. I highly recommend this bakery...you want your day to be PERFECT !

My husband's family is Italian and traditionally ordered canoli cake for every birthday and holiday. They had been getting a canoli cake from an Italian bakery in Encino that recently went out of business. I searched the entire San Fernando Valley for another bakery that would make a canoli cake. I saw the custom cakes on Helena Wirth's web site, and contacted the owner. He had not done a canoli cake before, and was willing to try the receipe. I gave him some specifics, and placed an order for my husband's mother's 90th birthday. When I picked it up I was awe struck at how beautiful it was. But the best part was when my husband's family tasted it. They said it was every bit as good as the fomer Italian bakery. A superb rendition, not exact, but outstanding in it's own right. The service was unsurpassed. The owner really wanted to please, and did exactly that. Thank you for making my family happy, and the 90th birthday more special. We will definitely be back again. My husband and I ordered a cake for our wedding reception. I was so impressed with the quality and style of the cake. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient.
